All Trade Marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

REQUESTING PERMISSION TO USE MMF COPYRIGHT MATERIAL?

To request permission to use MMF materials please fill out our Contact Us form with your details. You may not use the requested work in the absence of an agreement in writing with MMF, signed by a duly authorised representative of MMF.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE ITEMS

We cannot accept return items or exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged. If approved, refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please contact shop@marinemammal.org.au to seek a Return or Exchange request.

MEMBERSHIPS

A Marine Mammal Foundation (MMF) Member is a voting member who pays the annual membership fee and also is provided with member benefits, but in addition has rights and obligations according to the Marine Mammal Foundation (MMF) constitution. To become a voting member, you have to agree to be bound by the constitution. If you do not specifically agree to be bound by the constitution, you are a non-voting member. A copy of the constitution is available on request info@marinemammal.org.au. Voting membership carries with it legal obligations and rights as defined by the constitution.
