Additional Costs

  • $30 travel fee for metropolitan Melbourne.

    For sessions outside of metropolitan Melbourne, the standard ATO rate of $0.88/km will apply

  • *Additional costs apply per students for sessions over 26 students. Please contact the MMF Education Team to discuss the rate per program.

Terms & Conditions

  • Session times are flexible to suit your school timetable and learning needs.

  • Standard session times:

    • Primary 60 - 75 minutes.

    • Secondary 75 - 90 minutes.

  • Travel fee incurred per day (Melbourne metro area).

  • Outer regions (outside Melbourne metro area) incur additional time/travel costs, to be agreed upon prior to confirmation of booking.

  • Assignment Q&As with Teachers Notes can be provided at an additional cost.

  • All costs exclusive of GST.

  • The session will be charged based on the total number of students and sessions per day, to be confirmed by the school at least two weeks prior to the day of the incursion.

  • A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the invoice is payable within 7 days after receiving the final invoice after program delivery.

  • Additional student/s fees (above booked quoted amount) will be included on the final invoice.

  • Cancellation must be made no later than two weeks prior to the incursion date, after which cancellation will incur a 50% change. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the incursion time will incur a 100% charge of the total incursion cost.

Terms & Conditions

(online Course)

  • Course payment is required in full prior to gaining access to the course.

  • Course payment is inclusive of 25 students. Additional student access will incur a fee of $22.00 per additional student.

  • Access to the course will be provided for the identified duration prior to purchase. Once course access expires, access to the course will need to be purchased at the standard rate.

  • In purchasing access to the course, access is solely for the identified purchaser and class, and is not to be distributed.

  • Extension course material, including lesson plans and unit plans, can be provided at an additional cost.

  • Supplementary MMF LIVE webinar sessions can be provided at an additional cost.

  • Cancellation must be made no later than two weeks prior to the course start date, after which cancellation will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the commencement date will incur a 100% charge of the total course cost
