Marvellous Marine Mammals
-
There are an estimated 38 different marine mammal species that inhabit Victorian coastal environments. From a variety of different dolphin species, whales visiting our coastline on their migration, along with seals who might be more suited to the waters of Antarctica than our beautiful temperate coastline, there is so much to discover under the water!
Our Marvellous Marine Mammals program allows participants to explore the incredible marine mammal diversity of Victoria. Through images, artefacts, and expert knowledge, participants will learn all about the marine mammals who call Victoria home, and what we can all do to protect and conserve this amazing environment.
