Creature Creation

Create your very own animal that is adapted to live in a particular environment. Some ideas to get you started are:

• Marine environments

• Rainforest environments

• Desert environments

• Polar environments

• Mountain environments

When designing your animal, think about the characteristics of its environments, and what structural and behavioural adaptations would it need to be able to survive in this environment.

Using the Creature Creation worksheet, draw and label the features and adaptations of your animal. Don’t forget to give it a scientific and common name! Once you have completed your drawing, please answer the following questions below.
